Now whenever we have a headache we’ll take one milliliter of tincture or 20 drops up to three times daily.

We’ll use one teaspoon of crushed seeds to 1 cup of lukewarm water. Pour the water over the seeds, let it steep for 15 minutes, and then strain. Let’s add some honey and there you have it.
